10:00 Tuna Sandwich
11:30 Lunch Which would be meat of chicken steak tuna or salads
1:30 Protien Bar
3:30 Tuna
6:00 dinner
8:00 Workout 1.5 hr

Im 23 yrs old at 5'11 " 155lbs I work out 5 days a week hard I want to inprove my look and strength... I have been doing research and was thinking about d bol. I dont want to be huge just bigger everywhere... I was thinking of the 180 or 185lbs range. What do you guys think?
