as far as diet.. it is ok.. always way to improve it... which most people need to work on.. intake approx 2800 to 3000 cal a day
50%prot 40%carbs 10%fat
This is my ratio I am working with over 3 meals a day (with pre and post workout shakes)
380g pro (approx)
300g carb (approx)
35g fat(approx)

My training is gear towards speed and strength -
I setup my program gear toward each of these... oly lifting ..squat ..press, bench, box jumps,stair etc so lift 3x week ( 2 months in each program heavy weight to speed training)
