i train 6 days a week.
monday ill do bis, tris an back.
tuesday ill do chest, shoulers and lats
wensday ill legs and abbs (usually do light abbs everyday) an cardio.
thursday. burn ripps thru the resistint mech. and the forarms.
friday. lower back an some more upper back..
saturday.. i wake up...
all reasonable answers... i apreciate the input... but i eat like a champ as it is... i have a fast motab... i drink 3 protein shakes a day.. i eat chicken, steak, fish all week.. stacks of food... an hit the gym up every day! cardio, bench and all free waights needed.. i can put up 190 like its...

halo test? had a buddy run it.. no side effects. had alot of loss.. he did have major sweat goin on during his post cycle.. but he gained major weight on it.. hope that helped..
