If your kcals are at 4000 you will gain. You mentioned 2800kcals earlier. Maybe not jump up to 4000 from 2800. Find a middle ground and establish your tdee by closely monitoring weight and activity levels in a time period of 2 weeks. Then adjust from there.
Sounds low if you are training hard. I am at 3100kcal at 200lbs. Calculating tdee takes some trial and error. Go over tdee if you want to gain mass. Make sure to track properly and count all the kcals you take in. Describe your balls in more detail so I can make sure that hcg is working for you.
The biggest ones die the fastest too. Kovacks and Nasser come to mind. Probably running upwards of 5 grams of active hormone plus a bunch of other goodies. The brightest flames burn out the fastest and the biggest bodybuilders seem to die the youngest.
