I got the omega 3 supplements and a the multi vitamins buy what's the best stuff for liver supplements that I can get at Walmart or vitamin shop? and would nolva be fine for my pct? one more thing if I were to take it how should I do the dosage and web should I up it?

I do left heavier with less sets and typically at the gym at most for an hour and half an that includes cardio. I've gained lots of muscle but need to get rid of the rest of this excess fat
