Heard of it but never tried it, but you can hallucinate if you take a small amount above the perscribed dose and don't fall asleep. Same with diphenhydramine at a slightly higher dose but I feel like having sex could be kind of difficult if your always seeing shadows moveing lol
For your cardio I suggest sprinting all oufor 30 seconds then walk for 2 to 4 min then repeat 6 to 8 times. Burns more fat than just running on the treadmil.
Personally I prefer to know what's going on with my body, and this way you can get a feel of how quickly your body is recovering. Can't always feel what's going on in there
