    to attach Boc protected group...

    Hey! I have a peptide and I want to change the Fmoc group to the Boc group.... Fmoc-Nle-Ser-Pro....Wang Resin.... to cleavage Fmoc I know that I could do it with piperadine in DMF...what about to attach Boc? Boc2O and TEA? and in which solvent could work better? DMF? THF? Thanks!
