Where can I find some arimidex online? Or should I go with aromasin? And is it necessary to take it if I'm not having symptoms, and just have some as an emergency?

Hey everybody, I am currently in week 3 of my first cycle. 600mg test e a week. After 4 of my 5 last injections, I have noticed a lump in the injection spot a day after that will last for a few days, and it's painful to touch. Any idea what that is? The gear is 300mg/ml through Phoenix...
