And don't say it cannot be done. The people from Body For Life (or whatever Bill Phillips' prgram was called) have proved that you can lose BF while gaiing LBM. Does anyone know what they did? Is it a diet of moderate carbs, high protein and low fat? Has anyone done this and if so, what did you do?
