DO NOT STACK THIS WITH ECA.
I REPEAT DO NOT STACK IT WITH ECA.
Yohimbine HCl and Ephedrine, taken together will almost certainly cause you to develop heart problems (if you don't die of a heart attack.) Do your research on this. Very few individuals have tried (and from what I've read, quickly...
Guys it's much more complex than that.
We can't tell you with complete confidence that 25/50/75mcg will waste your muscle away, because we have no idea what your normal T3 levels are. Unlike with steroids and natural test production, you can take a certain amount of T3 to "supplement" your...
There's a lot more wisdom in waiting to take it than I'd like to admit. I don't know the rough schedule of cortisol natural levels, but it is naturally higher in the morning, and EC would certainly alter it.
If you get used to taking it to wake up straight out of bed, it'll really start to suck...
You're taking it 3x daily right off the bat? Well no duh it's kicking your bottom. Your sinuses are probably dry as the Sahara and the headaches are probably from all of that sudden CNS/SNS stimulation.
I personally could never take it 3x a day. I've tried. It doesn't do well with me. For me...
From my understanding, people will usually only run T3 when they're on AAS.
It has some anabolic effects to if used properly - it's not inherently catabolic.
I've always been curious to the catabolic potential of T3. I'm on a slightly-larger-than-normal prescription of T4/T3 due to a hereditary autoimmune disease, and I all but have trouble gaining muscle, and I do not seem to lose muscle very easily while dieting.
Ironically, I don't seem to lose...
I've used EC for about a year now. No aspirin, though.
Usually take it first thing in the morning and another dose four hours later. No more after that as (for me, personally) it keeps me up. Two doses seems to do the trick anyway, so I never found the need for three.
Many people do well with...
The ineffectiveness of BCAAs is a claim (rather well) substantiated by Lyle McDonald. Basically for something to prevent catabolism, it has to either promote protein synthesis or prevent breakdown. Non-essential amino acids may have a claim to promoting protein synthesis, but with no essential...
I have yet to see a believable study where BCAAs prevented muscle loss. Especially during cardio.
They don't even prevent it in theory.
No. Excess stress produces cortisol. If you're doing less than an hour of cardio a day, you're fine. Assuming you sleep at night. You get the idea.
Muscle loss is rarely a problem unless you're not getting enough protein.
IIRC you may burn more amino acids (protein) during slow cardio, but as long as those AAs are coming from your blood (i.e. you are eating well) then there's no reason for your body to dig into lean muscle mass to get...
Dude your rear delts are phenomenal. I didn't realize how pitiful mine were until I saw your 3/4 turn pose on the second page of this thread.
Keep up the good work.
I think the glucose tablets are taken on an as-needed scenario. It's just a tablet with carbohydrate value. No need to take it if you're not going hypoglycemic.
