BEEN ALONG TIME LOST ALOT OF WEIGHT AND MUSCLE. I'M BACK AT THE GYM NOW AND HAVING TO CHANGE THE WAY I APPROACH MY WORKOUTS UNTIL FULLY HEALED . FIRST DAY AFTERWARDS WAS SO SORE DIDN'T GO BACK FOR 5 DAYS . USING HIGH REPS LOW WEIGHT STARTED USING darkrage by mhp tastes like shit but damn it works to pump up my arms there is alot of loose skin(wrinkles)but the pump is there even the nextday . AS FAR AS AAS I'M USING DECA 400MG EW(THE RUMOURS I MUST SAY ABOUT HELPING WITH JOINTS IS VERY TRUE MY KNEE HASN'T FELT THIS GOOD SINCE THE ACCIDENT ONLY TOOK LIKE 2 DAYS TO MAKE EXTREME PAIN IN THE KNEE COMPLETELY GO AWAY, AND DOESNT POP AS MUCH WHEN MOVING IT), NEXT TEST CYP 600MG EW, TREN E 50-75MG ED . NOW LETS GET THIS DONE , AND GET BIGGER THAN EVER BREAK THE 200LBS MARK . any ideas you guys got or have experiance with please let me know i'm open to learn from others that's how i become good at whatever i do
