    I agree with this. I get the best results with 45min in the AM on empty. Then another 15min before workout, skip the the 15min on leg days to avoid over training.

    Or even add the rice to a salad. I use spinach leaf and just throw the rice right in there.

    Try a scoop of whey in your oats. That adds a ton of flavor. I like strawberry whey. Try Hot Sauce in your rice. I like Tapatio Brand myself, and it has something like 110mg sodium per serving.
