    You would be far better off, stopping all gear and learning how to eat and how to lift. You appear to be lacking the basics of both.

    I like your approach but I think your protein is a little on the high side. I would like to see you leave the carbs where they are or maybe drop the 600g day a little. I would drop your protein to about 325-350 and make up the difference in good fats each day.

    some of the cheaper things that are healthy. Rice, Beans, Oats. Buy chicken in bulk when on sale and freeze it. Buy whole chickens and de-bone it yourself. But I do feel your pain, everything is getting more expensive and people are living off less.
