    Sust: MWF @ 500mg a week/ 6 weeks (more weeks maybe?) Nitrix, axis h-t, NO Explode milk thistle, and multi-vitamins and a few probolic shakes : daily (this is what i've been doing regularly already) Workout 6 days/week, no sugar and high protein diet, lots of water.. sound good for me or...
