I am 19, I started exercising and training at ate 13. I played football for 4 years. Trained in M.M.A. for 3 years, Crossfit for 1 year, Track for 2 years, I have been training in the weight room obsessively since age 15.
At age 16 I was 180 pounds, 5'11", 12 percent body-fat, 1 repping 245 on bench and about 350 on squat.
I tore my labrum when I was 16 in January 2010 and have been unable to exercise/workout until I got my surgery on May 10th, 2012. It took so long because I didnt have insurance and the surgery costs exceeded 12,000. I was just released from physical therapy and still suffer from loss of range of motion due to weakness and sever atrophy in my shoulder. I am here to find a solution to comfortably speed up the healing process so I may do the one thing that brings me the most joy; working out.
