I have been training for 4 years now and have competed in a natural bodybuilding show, took 3rd in the middleweight class, plan to make the jump to NPC from the INBF. I have an interest in looking at the molecular pathways of how nutrition can be enhanced to support hormonal levels and the biochemistry in the body. I enjoy researching hence why I'm here because I'm ready to compete with the Big Boys.
