2 7oz chicen 14 almonds
3 8 oz 93/7 ground beef
4 3 whole eggs and 5 additional whites
5 post workout 1.5 organic quinoa 7 oz chicken

what are the best pro-horomones on the market these days, in the past ive ron epistane and m-drol. Things seem to always be getting discontinued and such so im wondering whats good right now.
This is weird, I have a buddy who got the same MRI results the same day you posted this...hes not 61 and hes all natural...so you cant be him in disguise....or can you hahaha...if not Il let you know how he handles it!
Ya man I will in the future but keepin things simple for now bein in college and on budget. Ive talked to layne norton a bit and he recommends mid workout shake with some dextrose and a lil bit of protein...do you think this is necessary...i like the idea but i do a session of steady state...
