never tried the Anavar (var) but have tried other medistar products. but a friend of a friend has hiv and he wanted to get a script for Anavar (var) , but not legal in canada for hiv. so he went the ug route. he also got it tested to make sure it was legit. he's not like the rest of us...

never heard of optra. both medistar and ltl is good stuff. ltl has been around for years, medi came out last year.
