31yo into fitness and just about everything outdoors. Grew up on the water and can't stay out of it. I had a gnarly accident many months back that left me immobile for very long time. Just now swimming and walking again. Got a long road ahead of me and I just want to make sure I'm considering all my options. I was in the best shape of my life before the incident and I plan on getting back there and surpassing that for sure. Joined up here to learn from some folks that are more advance than myself when it comes to fitness in the gym.
