This is very true. I'd personally take fish oil all along as it is great for your health, and your heart. Krill oil is also great, but not necessary. I only get it every now and then when I see krillipid balance in stock. otherwise its standard fish oil for me!
I personally dose only 5g a day and on workout days aim for 1hr to 45min pre workout as it takes around that long for creatine to hit the blood stream IIRC.
When not dosing monohydrate, I have had a great experience with Controlled Labs Green MAGnitude. Green apple taste is pretty killer
I'd agree with this. As far as preventing muscle loss... its gonna happen without other compounds and stacking at this age was already covered by slair :)
I'm not sure anyone here can give you an informed answer like a doctor could. I'd either ask his physician or try to get in touch with an actual doctor since his health isn't great.
Muscle Pharm combat powder tastes great, so does iForce Protean though there are a little more carbs in it so just a warning if you are trying to hit a certain set of macros
