thank thats helped alot, hes taking tri-test 400mg and deca 300mg. so if he jabs 1ml twice a week with the test, and 2ml of deca once a week, so he be having 800ml of test and 600ml of deca does that sound ok. also what do you recomend he takes for PCT.
