    How do I take a SERM like this?

    I'm ordering a SERM for my upcoming Helladrol cycle just to be safe even though it's fairly mild. On the source I found, it's in a liquid form which confused me, as well as not telling how it should be taken. It's 20mg/mL - 30 mL So is it just, use dropper and down the hatch? Or do I mix it...

    Age: 22 Weight: 188 Height: 5' 11" SERMs aren't a requirement are they? From what I was reading it seemed that Revolution plus Erase would be enough for this. My main issue with SERMs like Nolvadex is that I'm still unsure about specifics with them like dosing, and how to take it.
