wk 6-12 1ml 75mg Tren A EOD
wk 8 - 12 5 x 10mg tabs winny ED
wk 1 - 12 0.25 Arimidex EOD , adjusted as Required
then 2...

Got the AI (arimidex) on hand now . so cycle will be looking like this :
wk 1-3 1ml EOD sus250 ( might offload this and just not use it all )
wk 1-12 2 x week 1ml test-e

then 2 weeks...

Im from australia so guessing wouldnt cheap , am moving to the uk next year though so will be cheaper no doubt. whys that
havnt had bloods done while on to be honest. However being in OZ , AI's are very very $$$ so im not gonna bother since i havnt had problems b4.
Also why are u guys against the Winny ? wont it harden me up at the end ?

To be honest not keen on Pinning EOD for 10 weeks , since i got some travelling planned and dont want to be taking on plane with me so rather frontload with it and just use it at the start.
AI wise wasn't planning on anything ... ive run test-e for before and had no dramas at all bouncing back...

I have 2.5x 10ml/250mg test-e , so i was gonna just run that for 500mg a week so about 12 weeks... But i also have a spare vial (10ml) of sus250 and about 150 winny 10mg tabs, i want to use it all up in 1 single cycle as im moving overseas next year.

haha well it was me that sort of asked 3j if i can have one cheat meal and he agreed .
Weighed into today again , down to 116.4kg :) and 2mm of fat gone again according to calipers dunno why the big drop , if its the cardio or fact that i didnt use my cheat meal on monday :) instead added...
Nah no cheat meals on the plan , however 3J does allow me to have a cheat on one my high carb days and i go all out on that ... Although im trying to cut down it rite out and just make it a healthy cheat meal as it just fucks with my head i find ...
Weighed in today and down 2kg to 118.14kg and lost 2mm body fat again :) so down to 14mm , feeling good here are the pics
