training 5 years, serious for 3 1/2. Wish to compete on the amateur level someday. I don't even really NEED to win I just would like to do so to further my interest and love of the sport of bodybuilding. Classic ectomorph frame. 4 cycle prohormone history. 1 sustanon only 8 week cycle. Good understanding of beginner/intermediate cycling as well as pct and on cycle support drugs. Certified personal trainer. Currently 195, 14%bf, 5'7". Favorite lifts are squats, elbows in wide grip Scott curls, close grip bench, neutral grip chins, behind neck press. Goal is to be 200lbs at around 10%BF by this time next year.
