If the goal is explicitly to add muscle on your cycle, you should know that even big time IF fans typically don't bulk on it. I do some modest IF and see solid results when adding the protocol to my normal diet, however I notice it mostly in the bodyfat/leanness area. Dropping fat is a massive...
Most HRT dosages are so low I try to slin pin them. My cyp is 200mg a week and I generally inject 1/2 cc twice a week. Some will slin pin legs but I do shoulders, pecs, and traps. Pecs are the easiest by far. Just be aware you want to get in the muscle so high bodyfat may not allow this.
Slin...
This isn't bad advice but it should be pointed out that "back in the day" people routinely ran oral only cycles like dbol alone and kept the majority of their gains (ex-water). Typically dosages were lower, lifting was more geared around increasing and maintaining big core competition lifts, and...
He knows his stuff. Sometimes the system needs help getting back up and running. Heavier and longer cycles increase this risk but it has always existed. Good luck on the restart.
Backloading slin pins works for up to 1cc so something to consider. I've had great success with pecs and slin pins. Maybe my favorite. Delts are a breeze. Traps are okay.
Thighs suck. Never had two go right back to back. Glutes are glutes. I never do arms.
Already been done. Give it a read. You'll be hugely disillusioned and understand why I pointed this out, suggested you get it done at least once at some point and had a caveats that you were getting "consistent" low results on the female.
New E2 labs.
Make sure you can see and read all of the...
Since E2 has not been a problem in the past and your readings are consistent I wouldn't overly sweat it unless you have signs of potential E2 issues right now. At some point down the road it is worth it to get the male and a better look but as long as things are fine that would just be a one off...
I've trained in some cool places and certainly some shithole dungeons (Philly with clear plastic duct taped over broken windows - ancient equipment) but I don't really classify that as hardcore.
In no particular order:
FSU's S&C Complex
A few garages with full power lifting setups including...
I didn't think I was more than a marginal candidate and only really got on it to test it out and help heal an injury I had. Boy was I wrong. Felt awesome. Literally took 10-15 years off my "felt age".
For the record I cycled when I was younger and had experience but this was very different. I...
FYI estradiol is E2. Sensative is the better test for males as the general female test isn't accurate enough to get really good readings on the low amounts men typically have. If your E2 is very high the non sensative test is probably good enough to pick it up though. Fine tuning E2 does require...
I've run before/during/after bloodwork on Tren. Liver and Kidney values off as well as a number of other things Sodium/potassium from what I recall (Cholesterol also). This was 75mg ED over 6-8 weeks. Stopped and liver values came right back. Kidney values took longer. Granted it could have been...
If this is Private MD Labs you can take a 2 second survey with link on their page for a coupon code. I do it every time.
Also the female test is okay but does lack a few things the male has the biggest being the sensative version of the E2 test versus the general female version. That said if...
I use deca in my protocol. Makes a decent difference to joints and impact on strength/training is significant. Cost is about double test in my case. It's helped me significantly but I wouldn't rush things if you are just starting. Get dialed in and go from there.
I'd reiterate the recommendations on Tren and add a few. Use acetate so you can manage your dosage and clear your system if necessary. Many find ED injects preferable with acetate, much more stable blood levels. Some don't notice a difference but the majority seem to. You can backload 29g slin...
User: no issues so far (started this program March 2011) but it's something I really want to be conscious of. Another round of blood tests coming up soon. A good way to keep it under control is blood donation and doing it regularly. I'm going to start that up soon regardless (good thing to do...
