I don't want to be rude man but at 120lbs you need food not gear. At your height you could easily get around the 160 mark naturally pretty fast with just food and training. I know to many who are taller will even find 160 low but if you really are lean then its a descent natural weight for 5'7".

Nolvadex is a serm and is very effective for correcting that nipple sensitivity issue, but that is about all it is good for. I would suggest you use 40mg day and 20mg ed after until the sensitivity is gone. If you need something for overall estrogen control then an AI is needed and is needed...
