  • hi thats wat i try an eat 3j done this out for me.I have been training hard for a year now. i have cut away down on cardio taken. bcaa cratine.protine shakes. la muscle jack3d,want the big lean look trying to get 6 pac 40 mins a nite abs.
    think my lean mass is in the gutter .im at a point now were i feel like given up
    > Meal 1 (upon waking up)
