My grocery list includes:
Whole Wheat Pasta
Alfredo souce & tomato (need to mix it up or you'll get bored)
Oats (Bulk Costco)
banannas
Yogurt (Bulk Costco)
Frozen Strawberries (I sometimes make morning shakes and mix it all together: oats, ban,yogurt, milk, whey and whatever else you want to mix in there).
Toaster stroodles
Breakfast sandwiches (microwave ones)
Lunch Meat
Bagels
Steak Strips
Chicken nuggets
Chicken Breasts
potatoe salad (Bulk Costco)
Fish (bulk Costco)
Beans (bulk costco)
Hotdogs (bulk)
Cheese (bulk)
hot pockets
microwave burritoes
brats (just added these into my diet 275 calories 26g protein-good bulking food)
Diet condiments: mayo, ranch, etc
V8 juice
Grape Juice (if you take creatine Grape juice is the best to carry the supplement into muscle fibers)
tortillas (mispelled: for chicken or steak wraps)
CORN- great bulking food. I buy the cheapest can I can find .49 cents
Tuna (sometimes mix it with the corn)
