Yes you can order from the internet. The laws are based on whatever your local laws are, in the US they are illegal. If the shipment however is caught you will simply recieve a slip from the postal service saying that your shipment has been siezed, most suppliers will resend if this happens if you provide a copy of the siezure notice. there are many reputable sources on the net. You can also get indivuidals that you know who are in other countries to purchase for you and send them to you, or you can travel yourself purchase and ship them to yourself however this sort of makes them expensive. Personally this isn't a problem for me, in South America where i live now I can get just about anything over the counter.
