I have been dieting for 8 weeks already and have come down 10 lbs so far.

I have 13 weeks left and need to drop 14 lbs.

TDEE = 3250 on workout days (with 60 minutes weight training & 60 minutes LISS cardio)

Diet is 1000 calories under TDEE on workout days:
250p
200c
50f

500 calories under on non workout days.
Here is my plan
200 mg test cypionate EW (via testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) clinic)
100 mg Anavar
Cytomel @ 50/100/100/100/100/50
120mcg Clen- 2 week on 1 week off with ketofin
Arimidex .25 eod

Thoughts?

I forgot to mention that I do weekly refeeds:

600 Carbs
200 Protein
25 fat

If you're eating 500cal under TDEE every day, you should be able to drop 1lb a week still...

Yeah.. In theory I should but my body seems to be stubborn when it comes to dropping fat.
Last show, I did ultra low carbs and felt like hell the entire time. No testosterone injections though. I feel like I burned through some muscle too.
This time around I am keeping carbs decently high (compared to last prep).
Considering all of the enhancement going on, I think I might take a risk and up my caloreis to meet a 500 deficit and see if it hlpe retain more muslce.
My experience however is that 500 calories under doesnt seem to do the trick for me..

Well then you're probably not truly at 500cals under, not that it matters in your case.

If you're running keto then you shouldn't need to take the week off. 2-3mg ED is all it takes to upregulate already downregulated receptors, so I would just do that for awhile week 3, or perhaps take 1mg ED from the beginning.

At 200mg test/wk you may not even need the adex, but I don't see how it can really hurt.

100mg Var seems really high, but more power to ya if you've got the money (yes, jealous).

Also, your fat is pretty damn low. I've always used .4g/lb BW as a floor and have felt worlds better than when using those cals for carbs instead.

Honestly you sound like you are pretty familiar with what does and does not work for you, so I think as long as your "supplement" regimen is sensible (it appears to be), I'm sure you'll meet with success.

My calories are dialed in very well
I use a digital scale to measure everything I eat, and fitday.com to track my macros.

I use a body bugg to calculate my TDEE and adjust my intake from there.

The reason I don't like to use Keto with clen is the shit makes me hungry as hell and I have a difficult time sticking to my diet while taking it.
I try to limit it to a few days only when I do take it, Usually around my high carb days since those are around TDEE anyhow.
