2 weeks to cut down b 4 olympia

i will be goin to las vegas in 2 weeks to watch Olympia. i was reading in muscle and fitness about that 1 week diet where u really work with sodium content. i was wondering if u guys had any diets that i could use for the next 2 weeks to get a lil more cut before we go to vegas. this is just a temporary thing and when i get back i am gonna continue to eat for mass. let me know if y'all have any suggestions. thanks
 
i was planning to do the same thing for my trip to vegas in two weeks... i have to cut down some and then resume eating for mass when i get back home

Well let's face it. You're not going to drop a pile of bodyfat in just a week or two. So by cutting out the carbs and drinking lots of water basically you'll lose a bunch of water weight and you'll look much slimmer.
 
It's just weird to think that taking in more water will cause you to lose water weight, ya know?
 
im a wrestler and for the past however many years that is what we do. Drink alot of water then a day or so before we wrestle we cut the water....
