Now this is totally different bro, cold is the way to measure :laugh4: I again repeat we dont use 10ths when we speak in inches, so I dont know how you are getting your measurements exactly? Halves, quarters, eigths, sixteenths.

I'd post a pic of a guy in competition form @ 5'10" 215 if I could, but sadly I cannot.

Now that this is all clear though, what is your COLD measurement? The only thing you measure pumped is your schlong bro

Cold 19.6", pumped 20.1"......to be exact. Flexed and lean enough for me. Give me a couple years... Im natural, and all my muscle is not going anywhere....

How long is this thread going to be?Gees!! lol...... Is there not any other natural guys with big arms here?

lolololol i have seen GMs pic and he has a set of guns. mine are 19 relaxed and cold. thats how we measure when we get new lifting gear. shirts, suits , etcc....

Thankyou. They are much better now though. Thats when I was dieting wrong and I felt small, they were like 19.3 in that pic..

Your like one of the only guys who saw it, but I felt really small and shitty posting that pic......thats why I took it down so fast.

Canadian tape measure?

Shoot most of us want more man. Nothing makes me laugh harder than a guy in the gym sporting 16s who after 2 whole months of lifting things he is the next Olympia.

Not trying to be rude, but I dont understand what you are asking or exactly talking about in this post....

Im confused....Sorry bro, lol. Bare with me please......

1. Canadian tape measure? An inch is an inch..... What do you mean?
2. Most of us want more what?
3. Why are you talking about a guy with 16 inch arms thinking he is Mr. olympia?

Dude I have said twice at least we dont use 10ths in inches, it would be great if we were that advanced but we do not use the metric system.

If you dont get the rest, I am not going to explain it.

Ok, 19.6 means 19 inches, plus half an inch, plus a quarter of half an inch.

And when they are pumped, they are 20.1". Do the math...

Can I be a mod? lol...........

That amounts to 19.725 doesn't it?

I was always bad in math. its 19.6 inches cold, so figure it out.

Sounds like you guys really want to know, so figure it out on your own. I have the arms, so I dont care.

Keep wishing they were smaller, im going to the gym....

20" on stage natural, not a chance. Mine were almost 19" cold when I started my contest diet 1t 13% bf, which is fairly lean for an offseason bodybuilder, and on stage they were just over 17"( I never measure them pumped). So to have 20 on stage, you are looking at 22's in the off season, which I just dont see naturally.
And like a few people said, its shape that makes the difference, my avatar pic was show day, so just over 17" cold, and I know guys with 20's they would easily blow away. Mine are around 19.5 now, but know they wont be anything like that on stage

I agree. Like I said, im not ready to compete. I have six abs but not even close to you in your avatar, but they still look good. Im guessing if I was totally ripped using drugs for a contest, my arms would be a ripped 19.2 for sure. Im pretty lean already. I train with a 40 year old guy who competed, in a lower weight class, but trained with heavyweights in LA. He is the one who told me that.

19.2 inceh arms competition would be pretty good IMO, but if I stayed natural, they would probably end up a little smaller in competition.

The only one I found usefull to remember was .125 = 1/8", and .0625 for sixteenths if you really wanted to get jiggy.

Well dude, what I'm saying is where did you find a tape measure that gives 10ths? Americans dont use 10ths (sadly).

19 96/160" cold, there you go, almost 10/16ths aka 5/8ths, or on your strange tape measure 19.625.

Here is jiggy. I just measured them cold and they are 19" plus 6 ticks on a tape measure, So im happy. 2 ticks under 20 inches cold. Does that satisfy your obsession with my fucking arms?!

There, now you know. Have a nice day.

Incase your still confused or whatever, they are well over 19 and a half inches cold in the morning.

All my tape measures have 10ths on them. 10ths on one side, and fractions on the other.

GM, lets use the following as a reference so we're all on the same page here lol.

LOL..........!!

IT IS 19 7/8" ON that ruler.

Got it!???!!!!!!!!!! LOL.........!! You guys are crazy!
:) :)

since a standard american inch divided into 16 "ticks" we simply cannot use 0.X (x=0-9) to denote measurement without first doing a conversion. (with .5 as an exception, and .25/.75 also being easily derived from our retarded ruler) YES, 19.6 does fall somewhere on our ruler between 19 & 20, but I guarantee you didnt read 19.6.
You have 19 72/120" inch arms. Can you believe I failed calculus III the first time?
