2nd cycle 12 week LOG!!!

hey guys!
just started my 2nd cycle and remembered from my first that i forgot to take pictures, measurements and keep a little journal about how i feel. So ill be doing that this time around :) this being the first post / log! after a lot of research and switching up my stack ive landed on this..

weeks 1-4 Andro 50mg ED
weeks 1-12 Sustanon (sust) 500mg/week pinned ETD
weeks 2-12 Tren E 400mg/week pinned ETD
weeks 1-12 Aromasin 25mg EOD (if needed)
3 weeks after last pinn Nolvadex 40/40/20/20 for PCT

fish oil, multi vitamins and milk thistle
2 gallons of water a day.

stats are
25 years old 6'2 192lbs

ill have measurements and beginning pictures on here by tomorrow.. (or as soon as someone tells me how to post a picture lol)

i don't "max" any exercise due to an old shoulder and knee problem. I was a competitive swimmer for 16 years and i swear my metabolism has not slowed from it. i eat very healthy at least 4k calories a day usually closer to 5k. I will try to log in and report once maybe twice a week. i figure its a good way to stay on top of things if i can sit down for a few minutes every night and write about how my day went, if i had a good training session or not, any changes in mood physique or what not! :) thanks for looking check back in a few weeks and let me know if you see progress
 
thats a pretty heavy second cycle. and you only weigh 192 having already been through a cycle?
 
yeh i know it is. i kept a solid 10lbs out of my last cycle. im an extreme hard gainer weight doesnt stick to me. i train hard and eat everything in sight. i calculated what i ate today it was 5.9k calories 410 carbs 301 protein on a conservative calculation too. and this was only an average day for me. i seriously have the fastest metabolism of anyone ive ever met thats really the only reason ive tried AAS.
 
i just quit smoking (well hopefully for good this time) its been exactly a week. everyone tells me you gain some weight after you quit i hope they're right because i LOVED smoking lol plus ill actually be able to breathe and complete sets without having to pause for a second.
 
Grass or shitty tobacco? I used to smoke cigs prob 7-8 years ago, but that's when I was bouncing at bars all the time and doing a lot of illegal substances. Granted, this was before I cared about my health. Even then, too many smokes would make me sick.

Now, you could give me pound of herb and I'd gladly smoke a doob then run five miles.
 
ok so my girlfriend found my stuff and really isnt happy with what i am doing so unfortunately i need to stop. Its been 10 days, thankfully ive pinned 4 times. no tren. do i need to PCT?? if i do how long should i do it for? :( looks like im just going to put this stuff away for a while. really not happy about it
 
on another note i dont know if it was a placebo effect but i sware my strength already has gone up my workouts have gotten really intense and i put on 5 lbs already. Im thinking from the andro.
