I wrote a thread a while back about how I tore my bicep tendon playing softball. I had just finished up with post cycle therapy (pct) from a 500mg test e 12 week cycle. Now Im not sure if the test contributed to weakening the tendons thus causing the break, but its a possibility.
Anyhow, I read up on the article about keeping the tendons safe and was thinking of doing a test deca cycle. Since deca raises collagen synthesis. However you have to keep the test low so it doesn't out weigh the effects of the raised collagen synthesis. I def don't want another injury like this so am afraid to jump back into high to moderate doses. But was thinking of running say, 250mg test e a week , along with 200mg deca. Im sure the results would be small, however Im ok with that. Any advice.
cycle would'nt be for a couple months once Im back to 100%. Only in week 6 post op so still have a while to get back to full strength, but once my bench gets back up to 405, thats when I wanted to start. Or would this cycle be pointless since I would just be putting about the same amount of test my body already produces?
