Just finished up with my first cycle. Doing post cycle therapy (pct) now. I decided to go fairly light with my first cycle. 200mg Tech Cyp twice a week, and 400mg EQ/week. For 10 weeks I gained about 20 pounds. For circumstances beyond my controll "deployment" I was not able to hit the gym as consistently as I would have liked. I did have a few weeks with some very good hard lifting. The rest of the time I got in 3-4 times a week, which is not bad I guess, just not as much as I would have liked. I had no side effects at all (that I noticed), which is great. I am on nolva and HCG for my PCT.
Any way, Im trying to put together a 2nd cycle to start a few months from now. I'd like to kick this cycle up a few notches from my first. And I will have more consistent gym time too. I went with animal grade last time; I gonna go with human this time, most likely BD. I was thinking 10 or 12 weeks with Deca and Test E. The thing is, a lot of the bulking cycles I see have a lot more gear involved than this (winny, fina). Because of circumstances I would like to keep it fairly simple. Also, I have seen people reccomending to take any where from 150mg/week to 800mg/week of both.
Any reccomendations on dosage?
Stats just in case, 22 years old. 6' 1", 243lb. Started lifting on an Olympic style weightlifting team in 8th grade and continued all the way through highschool until the military. Went to Jr nationals a few times and placed top 3. I stopped growing in 7th grade (yup been 6' 1" since 7th grade) The only thing that went up was weight; 154 7th grade, 180 8th grade, 200 9th, and leveled off at around 230 through the rest of high school. Started going bald when I was 15. And I eat whatever I can get my hands on "my lifestyle dictates that".
