2nd cycle ... Test and ( insert here )

Hey guys planning a cycle for September/ October and doing all the required reading again. First cycle was Sustanon 250 with Dbol kicker.
The sustanon was 500 a week for 10 weeks and 800 a week for four weeks after. I went from 140 to 180 pounds.
I didn't get any signs of gyno the first cycle either. But will likely run aromasin or dex at .25 a day.

I went off the weights for a bit, after PCT ( nolva) and gained a little bit of weight.

After a quick diet session this spring I am going to maintain my current body until fall then hop on the test train again.

Want to run test at 600mg for the 14 week cycle. Should I just run dbol at 50mg a day for a month? I liked the dbol but the bloat was crazy. Looked like I was definitely "on".

Wouldn't mind running a blend from Newport to keep the pins to twice a week. Any thoughts?

You went from 140 to 180 and now you are 160 despite gaining some body fat recently? Are you sure you are at 10% BF?

So why is your weight all over the place?

How much of the 40 pounds gained on your cycle was water due to not managing estradiol?
 
Sounds to me like u need to be more consistent in the gym and diet wise, love it when guys only decide to.hit the gym when there "on" cycle, makes them look so obvious it's stupid, then a few months down the road they vanish
 
Mega- I ate like a champ and gained a lot during the bulk.
The body fat gain was 6 months ago, not that recent. I've been eating clean and lifting regulary again since. Not 100% on bf just going on comparisons.

Matt- Agreed, consistency is key. No argument but had a close friend pass and took it hard, no excuses but how I dealt with it was my own choice.

Jimi- After the cycle and pct I obviously levelled out a bit. I was still around 170-175 any given day.
 
Weight loss during pct happens bud try to be more consistent with everything from traing to eating on and off cycle from now on. I am running NPP now and liking it a lot. Maybe consider adding NPP to a dose of like 600mg test. Why don't you draw up a cycle and post it and we can tell you what we think. Include PCT and e2 control information.

A lot of that 40lbs was water. No cycle gives 40 lbs of muscle lol
 
This was my base idea for the cycle but wanted a 2nd compound with less water weight.


Week 1-12 Testosterone-E 600mg
Week 1-12 arimidex .5 mg
Week 14-15 Nolvadex 40mg per day
Week 16-17 Nolvadex 20mg per day
 
Run adex at 0.25 eod and move up based on bloods. I recommend NPP as your second compound because it clears faster and kicks in sooner than deca. The faster clearance will possibly damage your hpta less than deca which lingers. Pick a second compound and add it to what you just wrote. NPP is my pick, but what did you want as that is what matters most?

Add clomid to that pct bud

If you go with Nandrolone, you need to educate yourself on prolactin and dopamine agonists.

Needs to add hCG to the cycle as well.
