3J, three things.....

1) AWESOME new avi. Much better than the one of yourself. lol

2) Im looking over my diet, and well, ive done what you told me to do... eat whole foods! i eat tons of fruit now, and well, thats the thing...... im lookin over it, and it seems that 80-90% of my carb intake for the day comes from my fruits....... is that ok?

3) my fats: i have been keeping them at a minimum....not really trying to, but it seems I don't eat much of anything that is "fatty".... is this OK?

my average macros as of late are as follows.....

fats: 25-50
carbs: 220-270
protein: 250-280

yay,or nay?

(im up to 188 on the scales at around 1800hrs)

who told u to eat fruit for your carbs??? what happened to sweet potatos, yams, red kidney beans, brown rice? fruit is not the best carb choice.. ur supposed to have maybe one or two pieces a day... i dont recall giving advice that told u to eat fruit that much.. i never would, ever..

u need the RIGHT fats.. essential fatty acids.. avocados, almond butter, peanut butter, cashews, almonds, wallnuts, chestnuts, fish oil, coconut butter.. etc... at least 30g of it daily...

well, the fruit kinda came about when i ate my first piece of apricot and then BOOM, i am now addicted to that and bananas.

2nd, ill start subbin' out some fruits for some brown rice and what not.

3rd, i will start putting in the almond butter in the shakes again.

4th, well, yeh, and i hit 190lbs tonight bro!!!!!!
and i still have my abs (i think they are quite better looking now then before)

i have gained QUITE A BIT OF WEIGHT!!!!!!!
 
make sure to depend on good complex carbs.. might be the reason ur exp lethrogy
