First off I would like to say that i am new to this great forum. I find it very informative, and I'm am glad I stumbled upon it.
Next, I would like to tell a little about my personal experience with the sauce thus far.
I am 29 years old. 180 lbs. off the sauce, 200lbs on, and 5 foot 10 inches. Bf...very very low and lean.
I am a dbol only kind of guy. I know what you guys are thinking now...just wait a minute and continue reading. I've been experimenting with a few compounds over the last few years like sustanon and deca. The Sustanon (sust) gave me acne problems which in turn kept me with my shirt on all the time. MY body does really good with the dbol. 25mg daily gives me exactly what I am looking for. I am not trying to get monstrous. Just want to look like those tight body ripped up guys the girls are always wetting over. dbol does just that for me. The only sides I get from the deez is a little hair loss. Couldn't complain otherwise. I never drink alcohol....ever. So a question I have is running dbol at the low dose for 14 weeks horrible for me? I did that last year and everything "felt" fine, but is it f'ing up my insides going that long term? I make sure I drink a gallon min. of water a day. And my eating habits are on point. I want to run the dbol again this year 14 weeks again. Just don't want to eff myself up. Btw... I start my cycle may 1 and off Aug 14, and stay off again till may 1 the next year.In other words 1 cycle a year with a post cycle of clomid and nolva. I also read on this forum under steroid profile there is a mixed review of how to take the dosage. All at once, or split through the day. I have been cutting up 50mg tablet into six equal pieces and taking 3 small pieces spaced out through the day. If anyone can just throw out tips for me, I would appreciate it. I have included a pic of the bd50's and a picture of me last year. I am always looking to improve, and I am hoping someone here can give me some good pointers. I am the only one I know that uses, so I have to learn all on my own.
Training wise I train only one muscle group per day. 16 sets....4 exercises... 8 reps. And I only train each body part once a week. I train 7 days per week. I always try to switch up my exercise on a regular. Do most of you guys train one muscle more than once a week on the gear? Someone told me about "overtraining" so I have been staying on this type of routine for some time now.
