About to start using Testoviron, complete noob.

Sup all, I've just got my blood and body composition results back. Turns out I have a low testosterone production for my age, as well as a low metabolic rate for my sex/age/gender. I am insulin resistant and taking metformin (which the doctor suggested is contributing to my low testosterone levels) and obviously overweight. My doctor told me taking testoviron would aid in my muscle building. Doc also suggested muscle building will help lower my insulin resistance and in general help correct every aspect of my metabolism. My body composition results are as follows:

Male, 6'3, 346lbs, 25yo
-Body fat 154lbs, 41.4%
-Lean mass 192lbs, 58.6%
Daily metabolism 3240 Cal.
Basal metabolic rate is low for my gender, age and weight.

I started lifting and dieting about 18 months ago (I was at 400lbs body weight, and was sedentary, no muscle whatsoever) and am currently at around 285lbs bench, 240lbs shoulder press, 400lbs deadlift. Can't squat yet due to blown out ACL/PLC.

My questions are as follows. I have access to Bayer testoviron depot-250. How often should I take testoviron? What dose should I take? I don't plan on cycling or stacking but rather continually supplementing at a rather high dose, if possible, to aid in muscle building, lifting performance and overall metabolism and body composition. Should dose be adjusted for my weight? How soon after dosing can I expect to notice the performance increase in the gym? Anything I should watch out for when taking it? And lastly how do I administer it? I'm a complete noob here so some insight on the matter would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

Did your doc not prescribe you and sort of testosterone replacement therapy? If not, i would get a referral to see an Endocronologist, or get in touch with Chip here on the board. Continually supplementing, esp with a high dose of test is not smart without some oversight by an MD or at least an HRT specialist.

The fact the you have been diagnosed with these problems even furthers this problem.

One thing i would like to know is what is your diet like? Having a low meto rate is one thing, and being insulin resitant is another, but if you eat like crap, you're not helping anything. I wouldn't even consider a high dose of anything until you speak w a qualified professional and get down to at least 20% BF.

They certainly did prescribe a test. supplementing therapy, which they are gonna address over the next couple days at the metabolic clinic I go to. I just plan on supplementing with extra testo, cuz the docs are obviously not gonna give me a significantly performance increasing dose. Right now I'm eating a chicken breast and brown bread sammich every 3 hours, with an apple for dessert. I take a pre workout shake with a banana and then a 2 scoop shake post-workout, with a banana. Cardio is an hour walk in the morning before breakfast. I plan on buying 1 (or more) testoviron-250 ampoules this afternoon just to test out the effects, so I was wondering how much to take how soon it will take to notice the performance enhancement.

OK, so i definitely wouldn't supplement with anything at all until the results of your first few tests come back from the doc. Your gonna fuck with your endocrine system to the point where there gonna be bouncing you all over the place.

My sugggestion is to wait until they get you right first. You have got to get that fat off you first. This has alot more to do with the your health than it does your aesthetics at this point. You do what you want, but i think most will agree with me. This isn't a game, and you will be amazed at how much your testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) will make feel and look better.

^^^^^ it wouldnt be safe to increase it anymore than what the docs give you... being that overweight you will see that you have high blood pressure already.
