Abs exercise considered to be a tough job.So please do tell me that is there any special steroid for this or the general steroids are enough for this ?

Are you after the beach body look or do you just want your 6 pack to show?
Abs all come down to diet
If it is core work your talking about, lots of compound movements will help
But you need a basic strong core first.
