I just posted a question about this, but when I know my estrogen levels are going to be wack, I ask my dermatologist to prescribe me Aldactone. I agree to have your hormone levels tested first, but if you know what's up, then you could mention it to your derm and see what they say. I use it when I get off birth control until my body regulates, but I'm not sure how it will effect you. It does take about 3 months to really be effective, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
