Yeah. The solvent isn't sterile and the powder isn't sterile. As long as you filter the final product into a sterile vial.

so, therefore i can add oil to the already made solution into the vial, right? (without having to use a whatman filter)?

would you recommmend me heating up the oil just in case? or is that not necessary? but if so, what temp. and time?
