Advice on how many hours apart to take anavar ??

Taking some test and anavar for the last 6 weeks of my cycle. Been taking 60mg a day for almost three weeks now and haven't really noticed much from it. So I was thinking of bumping it to 80mg a day. 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. How many hours apart I should take them ?? Let say if I took the first 2 at 8:30am, when should I take the other 2 ?? Thanks guys.....

If we're talking about keep blood levels even (not that critical IMO with var if you're taking ED), just shoot for 12 hours. You should definitely be feeling it with 80mg. I preferred to take it an hour or more before gym.

If I recall correctly the half life of anavar is 8hoirs. I took em 8 hours apart and it worked just fine. I'm sure that even with a 12 he interval it would work. Also took it pre workout. Not sure if that did anything but in my own little world it did haha
