I'll give you details on my body and what I'm looking for.

I'm 5'8 and naturally abit thicker, not chubby one bit, I've actually always been pretty tone like my abs are visible and I'm really vascular. But I have a bit bulkier neck (kinda big head haha), and a lot of my muscle comes in on my chest and back.

I'm looking to get as lean as possible, and gain a bit longer look..rather than a short bulky look. The most I've weighed is 175, at the time I was trying to get bulky and I HATED it. I think I'm at a good starting point right now...I only weigh about 150-155

So I'm looking for the best supplements to get as tone as possible, and just cut out all of the fat. As far as my workout I have an idea, plus I'm a distance runner. Not really looking to lose weight because I haven't been lifting weights very consistently the past year so I plan to gain a good bit of muscle the next couple of months. I guess I plan to weigh around my weight now, but with more muscle and less fat.

Thanks.

Let me tell you off the bat being the APW rep on steroidology.com..supplements dont get u ripped..the diet and cardio does.
With that said..supplements definitely HELP you get to that point faster and makes it lot easier..when ur on 2000 cals and doing 60 min. of cardio a thermogenic fat burner can definitely help.

Let us know your diet first.
I would suggest the whey protein isolate
Reveiws here:

Take a good quality isolate protein - low carb and fat but high in protein. Pure isolates digest quicker and absorb quicker - good for pre and post workout.
your diet is gonna be the #1 factor if leanness is what you want. Reach for 1.5 g of protein per lb of body weight, even up to 2 grams per lb i have found to be the best for leaning out while maintaining mass. Your body doesnt like to do those two things at the same time - build mass and lean out, but you can do it. Aside from that, eat clean, and very very important: eat often, try to eat every 2 hours going no longer than 3 hours in between meals. trust me, that works. at first you feel like your eating all the time, and your not even hungry, but soon you will see that your metabolism will speed right up. use that protein powder to help get your protein levels each day.
if you really want to try out supplements for aiding your weight loss - like a thermogenic, but you are still wanting to put on some size too - try a pre-workout. i have tried many - i find that Nox Stac by PVL works awesome, Superpump250 by gaspari and even the good ol NoXplode by BSN. They are all very similiar - a mix of arginine, creatine, caffeine and then depending on the brand you may get some BCAA's in there or glutamine. I am a fan of pre-workout products. Givem a shot. Nox Stac is my favorite.
hope that helped.
