Advice On What Cycle To Use

Hi everyone, new member here. I have been doing a little reading on here and have a few questions for some of the wiser user's. Here is my current info....

I'm 37 5'11" 255 and I would say I'm around 20% body fat. I"ve really havent lifted in the last few years but have a pretty physical job. I would like to drop my body fat % to around 10% without losing to much mass. I'm not looking to get huge but would like to look respectable. I'd like to lose my gut most of all. I know that I will have to have a super clean diet to go along with a HIIT regimine but what I would really like to know what other kind of help I would need like either Clen or Albut or if there is something else I could use or should add?

I'd like to hear what others have to say about this. Maybe someone can tell me what they did? Thanks all

Just from personal experience, I would recommend a clean diet for a while before adding in any compounds. I think if you start dropping weight by focusing on a really clean diet, mixed in with some cardio, you will be amazed by what you can do without using additional compounds.

First off, I would say talk to 3J. He is a member here, as well as a sponsor. I personally don't know him, but I have read a lot of what he has written, including his diets, and general comments, and he is a miracle worker for people. I usually just say do some carb cycling to drop weight, but if you want the best results, 3J will help you with all the complicated stuff, and lay it out for you. I definitely think his customers' results speak volumes about his diet knowledge and programs.

Also, clen is an amazing substance. I would recommend it for the second half of your weight loss, for example, once you hit 15%. I think it is always better to make the big change on your own, and then supplement the last phase, because mentally it will give you a nice ego boost, and also reassure you that you can do it on your own. Clen helps you push yourself a little further once you establish your goals and are already working to achieve them.

Sorry for the long answer, I am taking a study break from final exams and might be a bit delirious.

Thanks for the reply. I agree with you that I should start off by doing it on my own before adding anything. I would just like to get a plan in place, something that I can look at an stick to it.
