All out Lean Cut w/ 3Js Diet and Training

So after much searching and trying to find the right person for the job I stumbled across 3j, I lurked and read comments and reviews...and lurked some more. Finally I decided at this point what have I got to lose, I reached out and me and 3j instantly clicked I felt comfortable in our convos and went ahead for his year program. I had explained that i wanted to lean out and build some more muscle. But cut is my main goal, being lean as possible. So here goes nothing we started just under 3 weeks ago. Start weight was just at 179.7, current pics and measurements with weight to follow. I will do my best to keep this thread updated and rolling.
 
Measurements week before program start :
Neck - 15.5 Inches
Chest - 42 Inches
Stomach at Belly Button - 34
Waist line - 32.5
Bicep - 12.75
Thigh - 22
Calves - 14.5
Forearms - 11.75
Start Weight 179

Neck - 15

Chest - 41

Stomach at belly button - 32

Waist line (where your pants sit when worn properly) - 31 3/4

Biceps with arms extended out to side - 13

Thighs - 20.5

Calves - 14

Forearm 3 inches from elbow - 11.5

Weight - 175.4 down 4.5 lbs since Sunday morning
