I am currently 18 and weight in at 95kg (211 pounds) and 6ft 2inch.
I am wondering if this is a good weight to start at or should i be looking into losing more weight before i start my cycle?
also is there any good supplements i should take to increase fat loss and kept my estrogen levels down as i do not want to gain any fat or tissue on my pecs ?
also while on my cycle is it safe to do cardio on top on my weights to help burn excess fat and lose water weight?
sorry if i have asked stupid questions but i am new to this kind on thing a want to do things properly with minimal risk,
