Well I've been lurking long enough.
I'm 38, 6'0" and 208 lbs. 17% bf. Approx
I've worked out seriously off and on for my entire adult life. Been going pretty hard again for the last 1.5 years.
I've always had a hard time gaining good weight. Never a problem with getting a beer belly (actually only fat on me). I decided to give AAS a try and begin my research. Thanks to this board I've realized I'm not quite ready, yet. My diet isn't near what it needs to be. I've been trying to increase my calorie intake and it's a lot harder than I thought. Also just completely severed a ligament in my ankle along with tears to many other ligaments and tendons. So I haven't been able to workout much the last 2.5 weeks. So eating is probably a little harder than if I could be more active right now. Today I've had 8 eggs, 1/2 cup plain oatmeal, banana, apple, can of tuna with real mayo, two pieces of bread, a tortilla, two large chicken breasts, half a cup of brown rice, corn on the cob and two fruit yogurts. I still don't think I hit 3000 calories. Oh yeah and one protein shake pwo. I guess I have to build up slowly? Or will the gear help with appetite?
When I am ready I plan on:
500mg test e for 12 weeks. I thought about stacking with equipoise but you all have convinced me to keep it simple on a first cycle. I want to add lean mass. I'm already lean, except for belly fat. I'd like to lose my gut and add more definition everywhere. Ideally about 10-14 lbs more muscle when all is said and done.
Of course I'll run a standard pct and I'll talk more about that when I'm getting ready to begin my cycle. Still trying to learn more about HCG and AI's.
Anyway, just wanted to start posting and see what else I can learn. Thanks again for this great resource.
