anavar and cardio, how much considered cardio

Hey guys,
I just got my first cycle of var (10 mg) im taking half in the morning and half at night. My question is, how much cardio constitutes as cutting phase when combined with anavar? I train powerlifting/ strongwoman 4 days ago week and thinking maybe on my off days hitting some cardio, or maybe adding it in on the mornings I train. What do you guys think as far as using it to help with cutting, how many cardio sessions a week and for how long? Thanks!!

Edit: I am bad at reading and have only taken one of my usual six cups of coffee thus far :p

Please use "strongwoman" not strongman so I'm less apt to be retarded though!

How much cardio depends on your diet - are you in a caloric deficit along with the var?
The larger your caloric deficit through diet, the less you need the cardio.

I have honestly been under my caloric intake I haven't been hungry much since starting the var. I stick to meat, protein shakes and healthy fats;some nuts and avocado. Then I guess you would say I "backload" at night pwo protein shake piece of fruit, then meats with veggies. I guess I follow the "paleo regime"
