anavar = height?

well i have heard of doctors giving children ana Anavar (var) to promote calcium retention in the bones and increase height, and i have read in anabolics 2002 that any non aromatizable steroids can do this.

i was sceptical about this but inrested since i am 5'7 and could use an inch or 2, intill i spoke to some one on this board who is 20 and started taking ana Anavar (var) at 25 mg a day for 3 months and grew from 5'61/2 to 5'8. I was wondering if this would work for any one if the growth plates are not closed and if they are not closed is it 100% that the Anavar (var) will not close them, can this be done with other steroids that are non aromatizble like Winstrol (winny)? thanks

Im not too sure why this would actually work, Ive always read that the use of AS's could cause natural growth to stop in young people who are still growing. That is why they should not be used until the body's natural potential has been reached. Did you use any other substance? I do not own the book, but what does it actually say?

A rise in estrogen post puberty is what causes the growth plates to seal. This is why it is said that steroids that don't convert to estrogen should not stunt your growth.

If you truly want to improve your chances of growing a few more inches, then using a strong anti estrogen such as Arimidex will be much more effective.

In Sweden Genotropin is used for kids who are below average in height...made by up-john i think.....HGH

The anavar helped me get a little taller and im 20. I dont think it stunts your growth since it does not aromatize

HGH is the ONLY thing I have EVER read about in hopes of helping short kids grow, and it is still hotly debated on it being moral or not.

Anavar assists in red blood cell count, I know nothing of calcium retention, if someone has that information though it would be rather interesting.

When your growth plates are done, I believe you are done growing.

Ive also read a while ago that one of its medical uses is to help kids grow... Thats about all I remember. But, if your growth plates are sealed than I really dont think anything could make you grow although gh can give you enlarged hands and jaw.

It's all bollocks. If you look closely, people who say it has made them grow are still growing naturally, so it's just a coincidence that it helps. Trust me, I'm 5'4" at 22 and tried everything possible to make me grow, but it doesn't fucking work. Blame your parents.

i want to get my growth plates looked at to see if im done growing, i havent grown in like 2 years and know they are closed but i want to be sure so what kind of doc should i go to with out sounding crazy and should i tell them the real reason is that i want to use AS. maybe i could say ph or somthing? or i could just say that im curious.

Dont tell him because of steroids, their is no real point in doing that. Just tell him you want to know cuz your family is full of late bloomers, and you drink a lot of coffee and you smoke (both stunt your growth)

I was average height my first two years in high school till I eventually hit my slightly above average 6'2" - alot of people who I have seen that were tall when they were young, stopped growing early.

Drinking coffee, smoking cigarettes - all according to science will stunt growth. I grew up on milk, had no problems eating, and didn't really do much in the way of drugs when I was in high school, a few times did acid, never liked pot, drank rarely.

i did acid once and did x twice, i really regret doing the acid but i was only 14.

yeah I also read that Anavar should help make you taller becuase is doesn't aromatize and I also read that Winstrol should do it to becuase it doesn't cause an increase in estrogen and give you a rise in calcium deposition.

Due to the expense of Anavar couldn't you use both Proviron which doesn't convert to estrogen and doesn't cause liver toxicity with winstrol, which also doesn't convert to estrogen. Plus isn't proviron meant to displace more steroid into the blood stream.
